2-HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept  PayPal , Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We will send you an invoice on the email provided with work order, You will have option to select different payment methods.

3-CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, you can! After we received your Ecm module we will need  24 hours to ship it out. Within 72 hours of you placing your order, you will receive an expected delivery date and tracking number and a link to trace the order online with the carrier.

4-CAN I RETURN AN ITEM OR SERVICE ORDER?

Yes we offer money back on all software performance if not passed 30 days of the purchased. We will ask you to bring the vehicle to solve the issues if is there any., If we can not solve the problem we will restore the vehicle to original setting and we will refund the full invoice back to you.

5-HOW LONG WILL MY SERVICE REQUEST TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?

Delivery times will depend on your request. Once we check the request and vehicle information and payment is confirmed your order will be done in 1hr. Some requests will be done next businesses day if we need more time to finish the order request. Some vehicles models needs less time and some more time to prepare the software and laptop. We will give you all information after you provide us with vehicle information.

It’s not required to create an account. But, having an account provides easier checkout, the ability to create and send a wishlist, and a customized shopping experience.

7-STUDIOBA VEHICLE TUNER HOW IT WORKS?

StudioBa Tuner App works with Vehicle and our server and it have access to Volvo and Mack modules to do programming. We can provide link for download or you can let our team to install it for you.

8-VOLVO - MACK OBD - ACM - SOOT LEVEL - OFF ROAD TUNING

As we know already for models 2014+ we need you to have ACM and Nox sensors disconnected before we start programming, Also after programming this must stay disconnected to avoid any inconvenience and errors with our programming.

2014+ models  have engine protection safe mode and it’s connected with soot level. If engine have serious faults that can damage engine such as turbo , egr , Intake pressure, oil pressure, oil thermostat etc.

This will basically will push soot level up and make truck to derate. This derate is different then after-treatment detare and it won’t derate to lower the speed of the vehicle but it will make engine to decrease power up to 30%. Soot level will stay very high till soot level reset is made. We recommend to use  diagnostic scan tool to check codes and fix engine faults and reset soot level or just ask us to reset soot level for you after the problem with engine is solved.

The soot when is high it will show dpf flashing light and it could have message that park regen is needed. This all is affected with engine faults and soot level.

9-MACK - VOLVO DPF MESSAGE ERROR

Important exception:

All Volvo and Mack models will have: A fault code: MID140 (instrument cluster) PPID278 FMI9 (After-treatment reagent level) will occur.

Reason: DEF level is not available on the trucks with deleted DEF.

Mack models after 2014+ if performing off road tuning it will have DPF missing communication error or DPF system fault service required on the dashboard.

Volvo models after 2017+ it will have error message on the dashboard for ACM missing communication.

This will not affect any vehicle performance of the software. This fault is part of the dashboard it self and digital technology that have diagnostic in the instrument cluster.

10-EPA17 Fuel Relife Valve

Volvo and Mack US17 2017+ Models do have recall for Fuel Pressure Relief Control Valve

Volvo – Mack do software update and eliminate Fuel Pressure Relief Control Valve and they remove it also from fueling system.

When this valve is removed we can not provide tuning service regarding this update unless you purchased the adapter from us.

3. If you’re late on appointment and you can not cancel it please let us know that you cant make on time.

4. If you miss your appointment please don’t making another one at same day, just let us know and we will ask for teamviewer when we’re ready.
